Sir Elton John has voiced his concerns for his friend Lady Gaga’s health.
The singer-songwriter stated that he gets worried by Gaga’s constant touring and work schedule, and that she “doesn’t eat when she should”.
“I look at Gaga and I think, ‘How does she do it?’ I talk to her mom and dad about it. They worry,” John told The Guardian.
“She is frail, and she doesn’t eat when she should do, and she’s a girl, and it’s tougher for a girl. She works really hard. She will be in Denmark one night and Saudi Arabia the next. I know how tiny she is and I do worry about her, yes.”
Gaga – who is the godmother of Elton John and David Furnish’s son Zachary – has also reportedly given the 1-year-old a personalised gift for his birthday.
“You know the children’s bedtime story Goodnight Moon? Lady Gaga gave Zach a book called Goodnight Gaga,” Furnish is quoted as saying in The Sun.
“She basically had a special version made for Zachary and there are really cute little references in it – you know, he’s in the story and she’s in the story. His name’s on the little hairbrush in the book. It’s very special.”
