Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta opened their home to the one and only Oprah Winfrey for an episode of ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter,’ which is set to air this Sunday, March 18 at 9PM on OWN.
In a 30-second preview, Gaga, is seated next to the lookalike Mama Germanotta.
Oprah was offered access into the family home and talked to the ladies about a host of topics, asking if the family refers to the singer by her given name of Stefani or as Gaga.
Gaga also dropped a bomb. When the interview turned to just herself and Oprah, she said, “Other than this interview, Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time,” Gaga says in the interview. “No press, no television, if my mom calls and says, ‘Did you hear about …’ I shut it all off.”
The Oprah interview, at 8 p.m. Sunday, takes place in Gaga’s childhood home.
